Challenge

Legacy CRM across a multi-state renewable energy business was causing data inconsistencies, manual workarounds, and poor pipeline visibility. Cross-department workflows were fragmented and executive reporting lacked confidence.

My Approach

Scoped requirements across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to align all departments on a unified system vision. Redesigned the full CRM architecture with a focus on data governance, user experience for frontline teams, and scalable workflows. Coordinated rollout across multiple states with structured change management and training.

Enterprise Data Warehouse & Strategy

Challenge

No single source of truth across the business. Data was scattered across CRM, advertising platforms, and disconnected spreadsheets. Leadership decisions were based on gut feel rather than reliable KPIs, and data quality was unmanaged.

My Approach

Developed and presented a 5-phase strategic data roadmap to the board of directors. Built a scalable cloud data warehouse ingesting from Zoho CRM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Designed automated data quality pipelines, created governance standards, and established data definitions across the business.

Multi-State Recruitment & Growth Strategy

Challenge

Rapid business growth required scaling recruitment and field teams across multiple states and territories, with quarterly growth targets set by the board. No established playbook for multi-state talent acquisition or performance management.

My Approach

Designed and executed a multi-state recruitment pipeline while developing quarterly growth strategies presented directly to the board of directors. Managed field-based lead generation teams against monthly budgets. Built back-end systems and reporting to drive productivity and accountability across states.
